i really loved the central location near terminal 21. the hotel grounds were also well kept. the breakfast buffet had a huge variety (it was tasty!).
the air conditioning unit was quite loud in my room. the room decor felt a little outdated to me. i also noticed some flies in the restaurant near my risotto.

Our one bedroom beautiful king room with pool access was spacious. It was a great perk. the garden created a genuinely relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast offered a lot of variety, which i liked.

the breakfast had a good variety of options. i appreciated the large, clean central pool. the rooms include a balcony or terrace. the staff was friendly, i was grateful.
The restaurant had too many flies. flies landed in my water. It was not good. the pizza was the worst i ever had. i was disappointed.

This resort is amazing and it has a real Thai feel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is huge and set in a beautiful setting. Saturday night features a good buffet at a good price with music.

My beautiful room had a king bed. The room was super clean and well-kept, and the maids did a very nice job keeping everything perfect.

The hotel is near the city. The Terminal 21 shopping mall is within walking distance. I found this location convenient, because it is close to a shopping center and other facilities.

The staff was attentive. Every staff member were really nice too. The hotel manager helped me get my jacket back and she went out of her way to help me.
